Drawing is the 16th episode of Elmo's World.
What is Elmo Thinking about Today?
Elmo has a crayon and scribbles on the screen. A video montage shows children drawing and finger painting.
Mr. NoodleDorothy has a decoration of a drawing of Elmo on an easel. She wants to know how other people draw. Mr. Noodle draws in the air with his finger, gets a crayon, draws in the air with the crayon, and gets a paper, and stands on the paper, continuing to draw in the air. He bends down, draws around his feet on the paper, and does a somersault.
Dorothy Wants to Ask Someone ElseKids show how they finger paint or draw. Elmo draws a picture of a baby and wants the baby to keep the drawing.
Elmo Has a Question for YouElmo asks the viewer to help him count how many drawings fit on a refrigerator. After the fifth and final drawing was stuck to the refrigerator, a drawing of an elephant smashed the refrigerator down to the ground!
Elmo asks questions about what can draw and does not. Birthday cakes don't draw, but you draw on a birthday cake. Tables don't draw, but you can draw on a drawing table. Hats don't draw, but you can draw while wearing one. Bears don't draw, unless it's Baby Bear. Baby Bear appears to draw a person.
Elmo's friends Kurt, Sally, and Erica draw the same tree in three different media: marker, crayon and paint.
The Drawing Channel shows a daisy explaining how she can be anything, keeping her glasses and bow in every shape. Coming up next: "The Man Who Drew Too Much," followed by "The Nancy Drew Mysteries" with Drew Barrymore.
Elmo talks about three drawings of his on a refrigerator he also drew.
Tickle Me Land
Dorothy imagines Elmo in the pictures on his refrigerator, showing his head on animated drawings of a barnyard, a flying bird, and a cow jumping over the moon.
Elmo's Home Video
Elmo talks about the drawing he made of his parents hanging on the wall of his room.
The Drawing Song
A blue crayon writes "DRAW" on the side of the piano, and while Elmo sings "The Drawing Song," the blue crayon bounces in similar fashion as a "bouncing ball".
In the digitally remastered version, the two scenes between the Mr. Noodle scene and the quiz were cut.
