What is Elmo Thinking about Today?
Elmo points to a picture on the wall that he drew of his mommy and daddy. He opens his door several times to show pictures of various families. One of them is a Honker family with a mommy, a daddy, a baby and a granddaddy.
Mr. NoodleDorothy's family is visiting, including her Uncle Frank. She wants to know what other families like to do together. Mr. Noodle and Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle are visiting with one another. They like to dance the Noodle family dance.
Dorothy Wants to Ask Someone Else
Kids tickle and play piggy back with their families.
Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear tells Elmo that families like them can eat porridge.
Elmo Has a Question for You
Elmo counts nine members of a clown family plus one family hippo fitting into a clown car.
Elmo asks yes/no questions on what else can have a family. Birthday cakes can't, but a family can have a birthday party. Soccer balls can't, but a family can play soccer together. Super Grover has a mother (in her own superhero persona), which they both crash land in the park.
Elmo's friend Rena goes to have lunch at a Chinese restaurant for her grandmother's 80th birthday.
