The birthday cake bit in the quiz and film scene were cut on the DVD and online video releases.
- The slide whistle ascending and descending sound effect after the boing when it opens, and before the boing when it closes, is higher in pitch then usual.
- This episode has the original boing sound when the door opens on 3 scenes twice at a D flat note, and once on an F note and closes on a different note in 2 scenes. After the guess, what Elmo's thinking about today segment, Elmo closes the door, and the boing sound is played at an E flat note. At the beginning of an interview where Elmo talks to an apple, the door closes, and the boing sound is the same D flat note as it opens.
- When the guess what Elmo's thinking about today segment begins, the bass trombone slide sound effect is slightly lower then usual.
